The packaging of installation products consists of three parts: water tank, heat pipe, vacuum tubes and bracket. We open the tube package, usually 10 pieces per carton. The tube is well protected but care must be taken during handling to prevent breakage.

 If the tail of the tube is milky white, the tube is damaged and useless.

Then we open the bracket package including brackets accessories, screw pack, tank support and foot pad.

Now we start to assemble the bracket. The bracket is divided into front foot, rear foot scissors support, long diagonal support, short diagonal support, tank support, foot pad, screw package and accessories. We have three types of screws - 645 for foot pads and 24 for scissors support, 12 for the rest.

In order to facilitate accurate and quick installation, we can first organize the corresponding parts. Place the side of the front and rear foot with 2 holes, close to the tank support. Install the screws of the intersection of the three parts and then connect the screws of other parts in turn. In the same way install another set of brackets and then finish the connection of the support. Next connect two sets of front and rear foot with support and tighten all the screws.

After installation of brackets we start to install the tank. First remove the nut on the tank slide, then fix the tank to the bracket. Align the slider screw with the hole of the tank and screw the nut but don't tighten it and check the seal rings inside tank holes.

Now start installing tubes. First remove the bottom of the tube cup and the upper part of the tube cup snaps into the tube tray. Apply thermal grease to the condensation end of the heat pipe given. Pull the heat pipe out of the glass tube by about 10 centimeters.

First insert the glass tube tail into the tube cup, then the heat pipe in. Swerve the condensation end of the heat pipe into the hole along the positive direction of the hole. Insert while rotating but never use brute force on force insertion.

Insert the glass tube into the hole, rotate the bottom of the tube cup in place, align the glass tube with the center of the tube cup when rotating so that it is easy to rotate the tube cup. First complete the installation of two tubes at both ends and sides of the tank. Then check the whole edge gap of the first two with both ends of the tank. If the gap is different you can rotate the tank to adjust the hole gap until they're the same and tighten the slider nut. Then install the remaining tubes in sequence. We install an air inlet through a magnesium rod peaty valve in sequence. Connect the pipe to the PT valve to prevent the pressure relieving water from eroding the outer barrel for a long time.
