Pipe Union

Pipe Union is a type of fitting equipment designed in such a way to unite two pipes which can be detached without causing any deformation to the pipes.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE STORAGE TANK

External casing: Anodized aluminium

Tank's insulation: Polyurethane foam 40-55 mm

Cylinder's material: Galvanised sheeting 3mm

Jacket's material: Low carbon steel 1,5 mm

Cylinder's internal Protection: Durosmalt 80-120 microns

Additional protection : Magnesium rod

Electric resistance: Copper

Thermostat Bipolar of four contacts Power rate: Available from 0,8kW - 4kW

Heat Exchanger

Electrical Element

The storage tank has a backup electric heating element, solar water heater will work when solar energy is available. When solar energy is not available, water gets heated by the electrical element.

Magnesium Rod

The water heater is shielded from rust by the magnesium rod. Through a process known as electrolysis, the anode rod sacrifices itself when the tank is filled with water to safeguard the exposed steel of the water heater.

●    Thermostat

A thermostat is an element that measures a physical system's temperature and takes action to keep it close to the desired setpoint.

Thermosyphon 3 refers to a passive heat exchange technique that uses natural convection to circulate an object( liquid or gas, like air), without the use of an external pump. That helps it be a very attractive normal water heating answer to heat domestic normal water for small-scale installations such as villas and commercial facilities, since simplicity and minimal electromechanical involvement is required to operate the system.

In Thermosyphon solar hot water heaters, the natural blood flow of the thermal fluid inside the closed collectors- reservoir loop results when water heated up in the Solar Collector extends and rises, pushing cooler normal water in other loop into streaming. Cooler water is pushed away of the bottom of the tank and into the lower part of the solar collector. When circulation starts, the process carries on unabated throughout the day.

The absorber in the flat solar collector turns the solar powered energy to heat and transfers the warmth to the arctic fluid inside the solar enthusiasts. The solar fluid in the absorber gets hot quickly. The effect is that the heated photo voltaic fluid rises because its denseness is reduced. The rising photo voltaic fluid enters the domestic hot water cylinder and flows through the heat exchanger. During this process the thermal fluid produces energy to the drinking drinking water. The cooled thermal fluid basins back into the collector because its density is now higher. Heated thermal fluid rises and cooled thermal fluid sinks to flow through the system.
